Thank you for visiting our site. Our site is dedicated to providing detailed information related to ovulation, pregancy, and women's reproductive health in general. We would like to invite you to read through our various articles and information.

The ovulation process occurs when a mature ovarian follicle erupts and releases an ovum most commonly called an egg. This process is much sought by men and women of two types: 1) those that want to get pregnant and 2) those that vehemently do not want to get pregnant. It is during the ovulation period that the woman is most fertile. Thus, most susceptible to becoming impregnated. For both case scenarios above, determining when ovulation is taking place is crucial to meet their goals.

Typically, women can detect signs of ovulation a few days prior to the menstrual cycle. Some determinants may be change in temperament, mood swings, water weight gain, irritability, minor skin break outs and/or discolorations, headache, back ache, queasy in the stomach, and weakness in the thigh. These symptoms are often overlapped with pre-menstrual side effects as well.

Mother Nature has provided us with enough clues when our body is going through a change of any kind. From a fever to give a sign that something is off track in the body, to hot flashes and cold sweats to let the woman know that her body has entered menopause. The design and physiological make up of the human body is incredible and, if we are listening, leaves almost nothing to chance. We just have to recognize the signs of ovulation and respond accordingly.

For the man and woman, it is wise to be in tune with your own body. Listen to your body when it goes through changes. It was built to give reveal symptoms disclosing changes going on within. You will not notice when things are out of whack if you cannot determine when things are ticking along just as they ought. It may seem unimportant or even redundant, but it really is a great idea to understand your own body language.
